Inspection and maintenance at the right time!

 

Within an IT infrastructure many aspects need maintenance and control. Most of the maintenance simply implies monitoring hardware, servers, services, response times, disk space, etc. Accurate monitoring is good for business continuity through preventive management. Preventive management leads to early detection of problems and/or problems that can be resolved quickly. BRADON can help to take away these worries.

 

Our service

  1. Status Monitoring; At any time of day, regardless of location, status ‘monitoring’ provides the possibility to look at the status of your (virtual) servers and services available on your network. (Several) branches of your firm can be monitored by us at a central location.
  2. Monitoring hardware; We will show you the status of hardware components such as the temperature of the motherboard or a defect fan. Because of this service you can discover a problem in time which can prevent the need of replacing expensive hardware.
  3. Bandwidth and network usage; We monitor bandwidth and data transfer and we display download and upload speeds in graphical and numerical form.
  4. Notification; We offer the opportunity to bring you up to date when there is a malfunction via e-mail, dashboard and via a smartphone app, so you can respond immediately.
  5. Reporting; We can show you exactly when a fault has started and when the fault has been rectified. This gives you a good idea of down- and uptime.
  6. Plugins; We use various plugins to track different cases. It is also possible to make your own specific plugins in respons to made scripts. This means that there will be worked globally at new and better plug-ins.

 

Break / Fix

In the unlikely event of malfunction of equipment we take care, in deliberation with the hardware supplier, of replacement of equipment.
